About the Conference

Corporate measures such as critical success factors, key performance indicators, pulse points and function/process performance will be explored. Concepts like competitive intelligence, technology watch, strategic business intelligence and enterprise performance will be discussed as they are relevant to the information required for the intelligent enterprise.

The conference will have three plenary sessions where business succes studies and cases will be presented:

• TW and EI overview in Basque Country.
• TW and EI overview in Spain.
• TW and EI overview in the world.

Also, four parallel workshops with the following issues:

• Tools, resources and techniques of Intelligence.
• Support: normative, European funding, support from the Authorities.
• Technology Watch and Intelligence Network: discussion about the chances to create a network.
• Benchmarking as innovation tool, for the comparison among enterprises and best practices transfer.
